Acorn Computer Solutions, LLC agrees to provide computer solutions services such as IT support, security management, and technology consulting as detailed in the specific client proposal or agreement.
Invoices are generated monthly or per project milestone. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in a pause of services, including the pausing of ad campaigns.
The client agrees to provide necessary access to systems, relevant software platforms, and network resources required for Acorn Computer Solutions, LLC to perform its duties.
Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables produced by Acorn Computer Solutions, LLC become the property of the client upon full payment. Acorn Computer Solutions, LLC retains the right to use these assets for portfolio purposes.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Any outstanding balance for work completed up to the termination date will be due immediately.
